자이언트부동산은 2001년 10월
페어팩스에 첫 오피스를 오픈하고

한인들의 보금자리 마련과 비즈니스 정착에 일조해 왔습니다. 이어 2002년 10월 락빌 오피스, 2004년 3월 엘리컷시티 오피스를 오픈하였고 워싱턴메트로폴리탄 지역 부동산업계에 새로운 신화를 창조하면서 한인 최대부동산으로 성장하였습니다. 이러한 성장은 항상 고객이 믿고 맡길 수 있는 부동산이어야 한다는 모토 하에 신용과 책임, 그리고 전문가로서의 끊임없는 노력을 가지고 고객들과 소통해 온 결과로 이루어낸 성과입니다.

한편 자이언트부동산은 2003년 9월 한인 최초로 버지니아 주정부가 공식 승인한 부동산 학교를 설립하고 한인부동산 전문인을 양성하는데 힘써왔습니다. 한국어 강의로 진행되는 부동산면허시험 준비과정을 통해 기본지식과 소양을 갖춘 수많은 에이전트를 배출하였고, 사내에서는 뉴에이전트 교육을 강화하여 계약서를 쓰는 요령부터 계약을 완성시키는 단계까지 철저한 교육을 함으로써 전문지식을 갖춘 명실상부한 에이전트로 거듭날 수 있도록 지도해 왔습니다.

자이언트부동산은 앞으로 우리 한인들이 이 땅에 이민자의 성공 신화를 낳았듯 지금까지 쌓아온 노하우와 무한한 도전정신, 그리고 철저한 신용으로 계속해서 부동산업계에 성공신화를 만들어 갈 것입니다.

Giant Realty has enjoyed much success--opening its Rockville office in October 2002, its Ellicott City office in March 2004 that results in realizing a truly remarkable achievement in the Washington Metropolitan Area for the real estate industry.

In September 2003, Giant Realty established the real estate school and the company has strived, ever since, to provide guidance to Koreans and Korean Americans interested in the real estate industry, so that they too may realize their full potential as outstanding real estate professionals. Numerous such candidates have become highly-qualified agents, through the real estate license exam preparatory lessons conducted in Korean. And, all agents receive in-house training to master necessary skills, such as writing and completing contracts.

Following the legacy of immigrant success, Giant Realty will continue to realize great achievement in the real estate industry through diligently developed skills, determination, and hard-won experience.
