1.6 Million Square Feet Mixed-Use Development near the Herndon Metro Station
The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors approved the 1.6 million-square-feet project called Woodland Park East near the Herndon Metro Station. It is 31.5 acre property south of the Dulles Toll Road between Monroe Street to the east and Corporate Drive to the west. The project includes 74 townhouses, 90 townhouses, 515 apartment, 2 office towers and retails. It will also include affordable housing.
